I have learned a thing or two in my day on how to remix songs, edit songs, etc. But, one thing I haven’t learned how to do, how to do well, at least, is how to cut up, stutter, and/or clip vocals to make them sound like the sample below.

I have FL Studio, Sound Forge, and Mix Meister available to use for music editing but would gladly buy and learn new software to be able to create this type of effect.

If you can give my readers and I some help on how to do this it would be greatly appreciated.  Feel free to just link to some tutorials you find on the subject if you don’t have your own tutorial.  Thanks!
